My Role: I created wireframes, Hifi and interactive prototype by myself, and conducted UX research and user testing together with three other teammates.
As the first retail ice-cream franchise in the US, Carvel now has over 200 locations providing premium ice cream cakes. But its online cake sales have been declining over the years. Carvel team suspects that the third-party platform they were using had been contributing to the decline of its online cake sales. So our team collaborated closely with them and their parent company, Focus Brands, to create a better online cake-ordering experience.
